Get paid 65-80% of the amount we collect each month based on the age of the account when originally handed to CRF for collection

• Accept accounts from 30 days to 23 months old.
• Must have a minimum collection balance of $50.
• All accounts must have good contact information.
• All accounts must have all documents showing how the debt was charged and any financing agreements if available.
• New accounts can be submitted daily once the amount is "due" to the company.

Include but are not limited to:

• Postage for mailing of statements.  We SAVE you the printing and wages to process your statements. No postage fee for demand letters, past-due notices, or other collection letters.
• Set-up Fee - $50 for every 50 accounts sent to us. 
• Small Claims Fees - include but are not limited to filing and service fees if the account goes into small claims. Filing & service fees are recoverable with judgment.
• Credit Reporting Fees - based on $1.00 per customer file reported on your behalf.

Your business decides on the services you wish CRF Debt Collection to perform, sign the agreement, and select the parameters such as length of term to collect the debt, settlement options, credit reporting, and other.

• Your business turns over all account information.
• We enter the account information in our system for tracking and reporting.
• You receive a monthly report showing the status of your accounts.
• Accounts may be added daily.
• Statements to your customers will be sent once a month.
• Payments will be recorded daily when received on the customer's account.
• Payment to your company by ACH will be sent monthly.
• Fees will be assessed and collected monthly.
• CRF will continue to collect on an account until the debt is paid as agreed or there is a stop in payment for 365 days with no legal options remaining.
